Preorders are a special way to reserve upcoming books and bookish items before they’re officially released. We love being able to bring these to you early, and we want the process to feel simple and transparent.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Before Shipment: You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method.

• After Shipment: Once your preorder has shipped, our standard [Refund & Return Policy] applies.

Payment

• All preorder items must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

• If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, everything will ship together once the preorder item is ready (unless otherwise noted).

Processing Times

• Preorder dates are estimates provided by publishers and suppliers. If there are delays, we’ll keep you updated by email.

• Once the preorder item is in stock, please allow our usual 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.

Changes & Updates

• If a preorder item is unexpectedly canceled by the publisher/supplier, you’ll receive a full refund automatically.
