BiblioWonders Refund & Return Policy

At BiblioWonders, every book and bookish treasure is chosen with care. We want you to feel happy with your order, so while we don’t generally offer refunds, we’ll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

Returns

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

  • Refunds aren’t our standard policy, but if a replacement is needed or if you'd like a store credit, we are more than happy to do this for you.

  • Refunds are not approved, but in rare circumstances, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is on us (damaged or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

  • If the return is for another reason, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please tuck your order number inside the package so we can process it quickly.

Processing Times

Once we receive your return, we’ll check it over and send you an update by email. Refunds, if approved, can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
